Format of BSB Number, Australia
A BSB number consists of six numerals and made up of three parts as AAB-CCC.
- The first two digits (AA) specifies the bank/financial institution.
- The third digit (B) indicates the state where the branch is located
- The remaining three digits (CCC) is the unique identifier for a branch.
